Reporting to the Head of Development, our Dynamics BC developer will be part of the product team and responsible for both front-end and back-end development. In this role, you’ll work closely with our developers and product managers on Dynamics BC features that will become part of the Will33 IP Family. You’ll also be involved in middle-tier integrations between third-party products and the Dynamics BC applications suite. You will: Apply your expertise to develop and maintain the Dynamics BC application suite, including new and existing features. Unit test all development work extensively. Contribute to the architecture design of new features including object design. Handle new and existing data, upgrading where necessary. Use and modify webservice and middle-tier APIs. Undertake rigorous QA and implement relevant permissions. Communicate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders. You will need: 3 years + software development experience Computer Science Degree/tertiary IT/engineering qualifications. Demonstrable product knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365 BC Strong integration skills, particularly in web services and API’s (C#) with a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies and .NET Direct client experience and strong communication and documentation skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in agile environments and lean start-ups. Certifications Dynamics BC is highly regarded. As a Senior Consultant you'll work closely with our customers to understand their business processes and key objectives and will design and consult on Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC solutions. You’ll take ownership for the implementation, configuration and delivery of projects as well as prepare for and conduct Dynamics BC solutions presentations. You will: Assist and lead customers with requirements gathering, Fit Gap analysis, document the outcome, and assist the development team with specifications. Map requirements against Dynamics BC capabilities and support the solution architect to design advanced and innovative solutions. Prepare customised training materials and deliver training. Help customers define their data migration strategy and provide expert advice about data cleansing and migration into Dynamics BC. Provide support during User Acceptance Testing and post Go Live. You will need: Essential is strong experience in Dynamics BC Finance, Sales, and Purchasing modules implementation. Desirable is experience in Dynamics BC Inventory & Warehousing, Manufacturing, Jobs or Service modules implementation.
